Kevin Ngo

Passionate, that's how one would describe Kevin and his love for dancing and hosting events. With over 17 years of experience and a vast portfolio of working relationships and events, he is one of Philly's most sought after promoter, DJ and dance instructor. Kevin is recognized for his hardworking, meticulous, professional, courteous and enthusiastic qualities that set him apart. Through the planning of his events he is continually innovating and striving to provide a better experience for all to enjoy.

Keila Perez-Vega

Keila received her BFA in dance at the University of the Arts in 2015. In 2012, Keila became a principal dancer at Eleone Dance Theatre where she remained for 3 years. Post-graduation, Keila settled in Philadelphia, worked as a freelance artist and was part of Dance Iquail in its 2015 season. Thereafter she had the pleasure of  working with numerous local artists and companies: 10HL Projects (NYC), Melissa Rector & dancers (PHL), ARTolerance (PHL) among others.  Outside of concert dance Keila is a passionate social Salsa and Bachata dancer, instructor and performer. She is currently a dance artist with Kun-Yang Lin/Dancers, Marketing and Events Director at Koresh Dance Company and recent founder of Artsi- an events organization that prides itself in transforming spaces to connect different audiences to the arts through artistic nightlife experiences. Keila is proud team member of Bachata Thursdays and Dance Republic.

Jeison Moreno

Mortgage underwriter by day, DJ/photographer/salsa music enthusiast by night, Bogotá native Jeison Moreno is a truly self-made man. After having spent the first half of his life in Colombia, he eventually found his way to Philadelphia, the city he now calls home. In 2015, Jeison joined the Dance Republic team, where he finally found a home in which to unite two of his main passions: a love of good music and dancing, and a keen eye for photography. Jeison’s prior experience with Latin dance, including time as a salsa performer with Art in Motion Dance Academy, only enhances his understanding of the art of dance and, therefore, dance photography.

Stephanie Ramones

Stephanie Ramones is a Photographer, Filmmaker, Nerd of all Trades, Dancer, and owner of Contigo Photos + Films, a multimedia company in Philadelphia. She specializes in lifestyle, portrait, event, and dance photography; and in documentary, corporate, and wedding film editing and cinematography. Stephanie strives to create an inclusive, open, and free environment that captures whoever is in front of her lens's true awesomeness.

Abe Ibrahim

Abe is a Corporate Banker by day and an avid salsa and bachata dancer by night. He’s been dancing salsa and bachata in Philadelphia since 2011. He has attended various international salsa congresses including Paris International Salsa Congress, Amsterdam International Salsa Congress, Toronto Batchata & Salsa Festival, and recently Mambo Land in Montreal. He’s been taught by well renowned Salsa instructors the likes of Eddie Torres Jr, Terry Tauliaut, Rodrigo Cortozar, Jose Maldonado and more...His hobbies are traveling, dancing, soccer and video games.

Anastasiia Mazurok

Featured in Strings Magazine as a “rising star,” Anastasiia Mazurok is a Clifton Foundation “emerging artist”, D’Addario artist and ambassador, GEWA official artist, and award-winning violinist. Anastasiia has been playing the violin for over 18 years and has performed extensively in Europe and the US. She’s currently pursuing Master’s degree in music performance at the Juilliard School. Her love for Latin dance culture started in her hometown, St Petersburg, Russia, and she has been enjoying being part of the dance community ever since. Anastasiia helps manage Dance Republic’s social media accounts as well as assists in the event logistics and support.
